DAY TWO // LIST ALL THE THINGS THAT MAKE YOU
FEEL UNHEALTHY – MIND, BODY & SOUL.
Today I decided to take a look at all the things that make me feel
unhealthy- not just physically but mentally. In identifying all the things that
make me feel unwell or unhealthy I believe I will be able to move forward to a healthier
and more well-balanced –mind, body and soul.
HAVING A POOR DIET.
EATING TOO MUCH JUNK FOOD.
NOT GETTING ENOUGH EXERCISE.
TOO MUCH T.V.
HAVING SPOTS/ PICKING SPOTS AND MAKING
THEM SORE.
CLUTTER/MESS/DIRT/GRIME/UNTIDINESS
UNCLEANLINESS.
FEELING UNCLEAN/ NEEDING A SHOWER.
FEELING UNORGANISED.
GREASY HAIR.
BITTEN NAILS AND SORE SKIN AROUND THEM.
SWEATING.
PET HAIR ON MY CLOTHES.
UN-BRUSHED TEETH AND BAD BREATH.
POOR LIGHTING.
RECYCLED AIR.
BEING ON COMPUTERS/PHONE/STARING AT
SCREENS ETC. TOO LONG.
FEELING LIKE I’VE
WASTED TIME/LOUNGED ABOUT WAY TOO MUCH.
BAD SMELLS.
FORGETTING TO DO
THINGS.
NOT HAVING ENOUGH
TIME TO DO THINGS.
DUST.
GETTING WET IN THE
RAIN AND THEN GOING INTO A WARM HOUSE MAKES ME FEEL ITCHY AND UNCOMFORTABLE.
DAMP SOCKS.
UPSETTING OTHERS.
BEING LET DOWN.
WHEN MY HAIR NEEDS
WASHING/ WHEN IT’S SORE FROM BEING UP IN A BOBBLE TOO LONG.
NOT COMPLETING MY
TO-DO LISTS.
LEAVING SOMETHING
UNDONE THAT I’VE BEEN MEANING TO DO A WHILE.
