Day 5

MONDAY JANUARY 5TH 2015.

 

365 List Project

DAY FIVE  //  LIST A TYPICAL WEEKS EXERCISE.

(Here’s my list…)

Today I am looking at the exercise I do within a typical week.

I thought it would be a good idea to write down the details of what exercise my body gets within an average week so I can see where my routine needs improvement and to help identify anything I am doing wrong. Remember to be honest when writing your list!

 


MONDAY

ð        Walk to and from the car to go to work.

ð        Housework for 30 mins.

ð        Dog walking 30 mins.

(Sit down at work for 95% of my shift).

 

 

TUESDAY

ð        Walk to and from the car to go to work.

ð        Housework for 30 mins.

ð        Dog walk round the park with my mum approx. 1 hour.

(Sit down at work for 95% of my shift).

 

 

WEDNESDAY

ð        Walk to and from the car to go to work.

ð        Housework for 30 mins.

ð        Go into the local village with my Aunt.

ð        Dog walking 30 mins.

(Sit down at work for 95% of my shift).

 

 

THURSDAY

ð        D.I.Y –Sawing/ clearing/ painting etc. approx. 4 hours.

ð        Housework for 30 mins.

ð        Dog walking 30 mins.

(Sit down at college for approx. 3 hours).

 

 

FRIDAY

ð        Walk round the town centre.

ð        Dog walking 30 mins.

ð        Housework for 30 mins.

 

 

SATURDAY

ð        Walk to and from the car to go to work.

ð        D.I.Y –Sawing/ clearing/ painting etc. approx. 5 hours.

ð        Dog walking 30 mins.

ð        Housework for 1 hour.

(Sit down at work for 95% of my shift).

 

 

 

SUNDAY

ð        Walk to and from the car to go to work.

ð        Dog walking 30 mins.

ð        Housework for 30 mins.

(Sit down at work for 95% of my shift).

 

 

 

Notes:

Need to use the treadmill that is masquerading as a clothes maiden in our kitchen!

Dog walking could do with being done a few more times per day instead of just once, if anything for the sake of our garden!

Could anymore housework be squeezed in to just add to the exercise and a better organised/ maintained house?!

I need to add some variety into doing some extra exercise such as a work-out dvd or an aerobics class or even swimming?!

I’m just not doing enough cardio!
